How to Register
New patients can register online through our Jane App portal or call the front desk. Walk-in registration is also available Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 3 PM. Please bring your BC Services Card and a list of current medications.

Dr. Chen has been practising family medicine in North Vancouver for over 12 years. She has a special interest in preventive care and women's health.
Dr. Park is a board-certified pediatrician with a focus on early childhood development and adolescent health.
Dr. Watson specialises in mental health and chronic disease management. She is currently not accepting new patients.
