Yes — you can upgrade from Basic to Premium or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and can issue invoices for annual plans on request.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contract. Both plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime. Annual billing (2 months free) is also available.
How long does it take for my listing to go live?
After completing your registration and payment, your clinic profile is submitted for verification. Most listings are reviewed and approved within 1–2 business days.
What does "top of category" mean for Premium?
Premium clinics appear at the top of search results within their city and clinic type category, above all Basic listings. This significantly increases visibility to patients actively searching.
Can multiple providers be listed?
Premium listings support unlimited provider profiles with individual bios, languages spoken, and acceptance status. Basic listings show clinic-level information only.
