Yes — you can upgrade from Free to Growth or Accelerator, or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and can issue invoices for annual plans on request.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contract. Paid plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime.
How long does it take for my listing to go live?
After completing your registration, your clinic profile is submitted for verification. Most listings are reviewed and approved within 1–2 business days.
What does "Priority #1" placement mean?
Accelerator clinics appear at the top of search results within their city and clinic type category, above all Growth listings. This significantly increases visibility to patients actively searching.
Can multiple providers be listed?
Accelerator listings support unlimited provider profiles with individual bios, languages spoken, and acceptance status. Growth listings show clinic-level information only.
